Since 2002, HREA has offered specialised 12-week distance learning courses on human rights advocacy, human rights monitoring, human rights litigation, project development & management, research & evaluation, and rights-based programming, among others (for a complete listing see: http://www.hrea.org/courses/). These intensive courses involve weekly readings, interactions with course participants through online discussions, and assignments, all carried out under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
